H2tags are used for sidebar titles, and secondary titles in the main content, and
H5tags for additional content titles. For example, on this page, JAWS users can skip to the next section within the accessibility statement by pressing ALT+INSERT+3. Opera users can skip sections by using "S" and "W" to cycle forwards and backwards respectively through headings.
Web pages on this web site include 5 different areas:
- Hidden internal page navigation
- A header bar that includes selected basic navigation items
- A right "side bar" containing additional information relevant to the current page or providing further information of interest,

When CSS (Cascading Styles Sheet) are not applied to a document (or when using a screen reader), the 5 areas are read in the above order.
This site does not use the
