A Wonderful Place

I wanted to tell you about a daycare center in St. Louis, Missouri. My 2-year-old son has a neuromuscular disease and is ventilator dependent. The nursing agency that takes care of him at home is Strictly Pediatrics. In addition to providing home nursing, the owner of the agency, Janice Taylor Cataldi, has a daycare center, Strictly Pediatrics Center. The daycare provides regular daycare for ages 0 to 5. In addition, there is a special room to accommodate special needs children. The room is staffed with a RN at all times. The center also has a physical therapist, speech therapist, and occupational therapist on staff to work with the children. While my son doesn’t currently attend the center, they are able to accommodate very involved children like him, as well as less involved children. It is a remarkable and wonderful place for parents with special needs children who have to work. The center is one of a kind.
